Annual Service Program
With the proper care, your lawn can maintain a healthy and beautiful look year-round. You provide the water, and we’ll handle the rest (even mowing* too).
Aerascape’s annual service program provides the care and nutrients your lawn needs to stay healthy and look great all year. With the Annual Service Program, your lawn will receive these services/treatments throughout the year:
Early spring: Core aeration, overseed, and a fast-release feed that helps your lawn recover from the winter and feeds the root system.
Late spring: Slow-release feed that continuously feeds and greens your lawn for 8 to 12 weeks. This feeding will help thicken up your lawn and continue to build a deep root system.
Summer: An organic fertilizer filled with nutrients that will slowly feed your lawn for up to 6 months and improve soil health.
Fall: Core aeration, overseed, and a fast-release feed that will prepare your lawn for winter and aid with recovery from the summer heat.
Aerascape uses top-of-the-line equipment, fertilizers specially formulated for Colorado soils, and quality grass seed that is drought and heat tolerant to ensure your lawn is receiving the care and maintenance it deserves to perform its best all year long. *Annual Service Program customers receive weekly mowing for $40/week.
